I’m Natasha, a BABCP-accredited psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience in NHS mental health services. My core training is in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I’m also trained in EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), andCompassion-Focused Therapy (CFT).
Your experiences, challenges, and goals are unique, and therapy with me is tailored to reflect that. I take a structured, goal-oriented approach, ensuring that together, we create a personalised treatment plan.
